JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 06-07-2018 It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been acquitted under order dated 23.06.2017 passed in RC Case No. 42(A)/1997 by the Court of Special Judge CBI, Ranchi. The said case was the only hurdle in consideration of petitioner's payment of benefits for the first ACP by the departmental screening committee.

In view of such developments subsequent to filing of the writ petition, and since the petitioner has been acquitted, it is submitted that the petitioner will make a representation for his claim of first ACP by relying upon his acquittal in the CBI case. If such an application is filed by the petitioner within a
