Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 448, 323, 534, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Accusation is of making assault, abuse and outrage the modesty of the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is next door neighbour of the informant and for a petty dispute the accusation has been levelled. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29817 of 2015 (2) dt.28-07-2015 petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 84 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya.

With this observation this application is disposed of.

It is expected that learned court below will dispose of the application for regular bail of the petitioner preferably on the same day.
