This appeal has been preferred by the Appellant against the Judgment dated 17.03.2016 passed by the 2nd Additional District cum Special Judge, Bhagalpur, in G.R. No. 696 of 1996 arising out of Harizan P.S. Case No. 11 of 1996, whereby the learned Special Judge acquitted the respondents from the charges under Sections 380, 448, 504, 506, 144 and 447 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(x)(xi) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Patna High Court CR. APP (DB) No.432 of 2016 (3) dt.28-06-2016 Having gone through the record, we find no reason to interfere with the judgment of acquittal.
