2. The petitioner is in custody since 16.02.2016 in connection with Son Nagar Rail P.S. Case No. 2 of 2006 for the offences alleged under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the offence registered against unknown persons. The petitioner has been arrested merely on the confessional statement of co-accused Ram Chandra Yadav. No recovery of any incriminating goods has been made from the petitioner. Similarly situated co-accused Manoj Mistri has been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 20809 of 2008.
4. In the aforesaid facts let the above named
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21901 of 2016 (2) dt.19-05-2016 2/2 petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Son Nagar Rail P.S.
