The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 401, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Petitioner and other accused persons were apprehended from the room no. 6 of a rest house from where three SIM cards and three live cartridges were recovered. Petitioner is in jail since 20.04.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
