JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-05-2016 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under sections 395, 354D, 447, 504, and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, the petitioner used to tease the 16 years old daughter of the informant and on protest he abused him. Father and uncle of the petitioner also abused the informant. The petitioner submits that there is no allegation that he made any physical assault.

In the facts of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender, let the petitioner as mentioned above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri H.Ram, JM, 1st class, Masaurhi, Patna in PS.Case No. -14 Year- 2016 Thana -
