The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Khagaria (Gangaur) P.S. Case No. 496 of 2017 registered under Sections 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is no material in the whole case diary against the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner is innocent and has no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44660 of 2017 (3) dt.10-11-2017 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Gangaur) P.S.
