The explanation offered by the petitioner has been considered right up till the Divisional Commissioner, the appellate authority, dealing with such matter. The nicety of the submission with regard to the evidence so urged, pleaded and appreciated is not required to be gone into by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, especially when it is not a case of violation of any principle of natural justice, based on which the decision to remove the petitioner for serious omission in running of the centre has been taken.

2. Petitioner is not holder of a civil post or a constitutional post or any post as such under the State. If there is no violation of the basic principle of natural justice, the Court is not required to sit in super appeal over the adjudication so made.

3. Writ application has no merit. It is dismissed.
