The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 3, 4, 5 of the Immoral Traffic Act and 8 of the Protection of Children from the Sexual Offences Act.

On raid being laid at Maurya Maha Vihar Guest House at Bodh Gaya several minor girls were recovered along with the boys. One of the apprehended co-accused namely Malasik stated that one person namely P.K. called him through telephone in the hotel and made contacts with the girls.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion the accusation has been

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31001 of 2015 (2) dt.31-07-2015 levelled against the petitioner. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. It is submitted that it appears from the First Information Report that petitioner is not the owner of the Hotel from where the victims were recovered.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J., Ist, Gaya in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 102 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
