The petitioner is in custody in connection with Hawai Adda P.S. Case No. 172 of 2019 (Special Case No. 5873 of 2019) for the offenses under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, Patna.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case total 4 ltrs of Desi Mahua Wine was recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 04.07.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two
