The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Madhepura (Bharrahi O.P.) P.S. Case No. 1231 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 356, 379, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have participated in the snatching of mobile phone. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 21.03.2023.

Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64379 of 2023(2) dt.11-10-2023 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Madhepura in connection with Madhepura (Bharrahi O.P.) P.S. Case No. 1231 of 2022.

The petitioner will visit Bharrahi O.P. / Madhepura Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
