In view of material brought on record in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents no. 1 to 3, copy of which was served on learned counsel for the petitioner on 30.03.2016, and no rejoinder to the same having been filed, the Court finds that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed as

Patna High Court CWJC No.9635 of 2015 dt.11-01-2018 2/2 sanction has already been sent to the Accountant General for payment of family pension to her under letter dated 04.03.2016.

3. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off.
