The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chapra Towan P.S. Case No. 136 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation leveled against the petitioner, if at all, accepted cannot be said to have been intended to kill her as there was no repetition of blows. It is further submitted that the injury sustained by the said Poonam Devi is simple in nature. Considering the aforesaid submissions and also the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be
