In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No.20 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The matter relates to appointment of Shiksha Mitracum- Panchayat Teacher. In M.J.C. Case No.4040 of 2012 allegation has been made that the petitioner has not handed over the records, led to lodging of the criminal case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is already retired from the service, living a peaceful life and he is ready to co-operate the investigating Officer.

No.25303 of 2017 (3) dt.10-08-2017 2/2 Looking to the aforesaid facts, let the petitionerBikramaditya Singh, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M. XIV, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No.20 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition is that whenever the investigating agency will call him for interrogation, he will present himself, failing which, his bail will be deemed to have been cancelled.
