Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the relief(s) sought for by the petitioner in the instant writ petition has been granted by the respondent authorities except the arrears of salary of the petitioner from February, 2021 to January, 2022 which has been rejected by the respondent authorities.

3. Under the circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition may be closed with the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15510 of 2022 dt.19-03-2024 2/2 liberty granted to the petitioner to challenge the order of rejection of the arrears of salary of the petitioner from February, 2021 to January, 2022.

4. The present writ petition, therefore, stands disposed of with liberty as prayed for.
