The petitioners, apprehending their arrest in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No. 96 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Section 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code, seek the privilege of pre-arrest bail.
Allegedly, in Shahid Pramod Audyogik Prashikshan Kendra, Madhopur, theft was committed and several motors and other parts were stolen away and during raid from the house of petitioner no. 1, theft articles have been recovered and as such, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner no. 1 and petitioner no. 3, who is his son and are
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30819 of 2014 (2) dt.22-01-2015 responsible for committing theft and, accordingly, their prayer stands rejected but considering the generality of allegation against the petitioner no. 2, she, in case of her arrest or surrender within two months from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order, shall be released on bail on execution of bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Umesh Kumar Sharma, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No. 96 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
