JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) To issue an appropriate order/s, direction/s including a writ preferably in the of nature mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner for the post Anganwari Sevika in the abovementioned centre No.138 lies in Panchayat Raj Balahi under to Ladania Block of District- Madhubani as such her name appears at serial No.1 in the merit list.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit before the learned civil court of competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
