Mr.Rabindra Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 20-09-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 120 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 498(A), 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3, 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. As per allegation, the marriage of the informant's sister was solemnized with Rajnish Yadav three years ago. After

No. 65121 of 2024(2) dt.20-09-2024 2/2 marriage, the accused persons including the petitioners demanded dowry from the informant's sister and on nonfulfillment of demand of dowry, the accused persons including the petitioners assaulted her with lathi, danda and bricks, as a result of which, she sustained injury.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. He has also submitted that on exactly similar footing, co-accused Uma Kant Yadav, has been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 55146 of 2024. The petitioners are the persons of clean antecedents.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 120 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Nirmal/- U T
