2. The present application has been filed for restoration of CWJC No. 1261 of 2014 which was dismissed by order dated 27.10.2015 for non-prosecution.

3. Despite service of a copy of the restoration petition none is present on behalf of the State to represent the matter, when the matter is called today.

4. For the reasons stated in the restoration petition the prayer for restoration is allowed and CWJC No. 1261 of 2014 is restored to its original file.
