ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 20-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the order dated 6.1.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. 36384 of 2013 in which one of the conditions was that an affidavit would be filed on his behalf that he is not accused in any other case, but, since the Petitioner is an accused in another case, such an affidavit could not be filed and hence, the second application for anticipatory bail. Since this second application for anticipatory bail is not maintainable, the application is disposed off with a direction to the Petitioner to appear before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna, in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 44 of 2013 which shall consider the fact that the Petitioner was found fit to be released on anticipatory bail on merit by this Court
