Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegations are totally false. There is no substance in the allegation. Attention of the Court is drawn to the fact that earlier petitioner's wife Soni Devi filed a complaint against the informant being Complaint Case No 740 of 2015 long before the present case and it is only, in retaliation thereto, this case has been filed. Be that as it may, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, the petitioner abovenamed shall be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21862 of 2016 (2) dt.23-05-2016 2/2 Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Begusarai Town PS Case No 123 of 2016 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
