Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 678 of 2022 registered for the offence under sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence and he has falsely been implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused person has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 06.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3530 of 2023.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61535 of 2022(2) dt.12-04-2023 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistate I, Danapur in connection with Bihta P.S.
