This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing the First Information Report of Masrak P.S. Case No. 32 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Sections 420 and 384/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

Report was called for from the court below which has been received. From the report it appears that police has not submitted Final Form in the case under Section 173 Cr. P.C. after concluding the investigation.
