JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 02-03-2015 The matter was heard at length. The petitioner appears to be after the two Assistant Professors i.e. respondent nos. 8 and 9 had been appointed way back in 1983 and 1981, respectively. He made extensive reference to various events and proceedings in relation to those two persons.

Patna High Court CWJC No.13964 of 2014 (2) dt.02-03-2015 2/2 We took serious exception to the manner in which the petitioner conducted himself and also observed that he does not deserve to hold the post of an academician. We proposed to impose costs on him for spoiling the atmosphere in the University and in the College.

Learned counsel for the petitioner made request to permit him to withdraw this writ petition.

Out of sheer respect to the learned counsel, we permit him to withdraw the petition. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, we warn the petitioner that if he indulges in future in such activity, a serious action would be taken and even the University can initiate a disciplinary proceeding against him, on that ground alone.
