The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 922 of 2013 registered under Section 498(A) and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 / 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 02.02.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 334/2015. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already been removed from service. The petitioner is ready to settle the dispute with his wife and, that is why, he again filed this petition for anticipatory bail. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant has submitted that earlier the petitioner had concealed the fact of his second marriage. Now, he has admitted the fact of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21325 of 2016 (2) dt.14-09-2016 2/2 his second marriage. The complainant-wife was driven out from the house.

Considering the facts that the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected, I do not find any reason to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Hajipur P.S. Case No. 922 of 2013. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Dilip/- U T
