The petitioner seeks bail in Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No. 179 of 2013 registered under section 304(B), 201 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 Dowry Prohibition Act. Petitioner is the husband and there is allegation that he along with his elder brother burnt his wife to death. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The Trial is still going on. Charges were framed on 07.03.2014. The learned trial Judge is directed to expedite and conclude the trial within nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the
