The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Shakurabad P.S. Case No. 75 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)(a) and 26 of the Arms Act. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 26.11.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42625 of 2014 with observation that if the trial is not concluded within six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the order, the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.

No. 42625 of 2014 was communicated to the trial court on 01.12.2014 but even after lapse of six months only two witnesses have been examined during trial wherein the last witness was examined on 12.02.2015.

Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st class, Jehanabad in connection with Shakurabad P.S.
