1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. Case no. 666 of 2023, registered under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, on the petitioner being stopped for checking and documents being asked for with respect to the motorcycle, which he was driving, he did not produce any. As such, the FIR.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. He is in custody since 7.5.2023 and has no antecedent of a similar nature.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations in the FIR, the petitioner being in custody for more than 5 months since 7.5.2023 and charge-sheet having been submitted in the case, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. Case no. 666 of 2023, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XIV, Patna.
