2. This application has been filed for modification of order dated 20.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31912 of 2023 by this Court to the extent of extension of period of surrender.

3. In view of the reasons assigned in paragraph No. 4 of the petition, further four weeks' time from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order is granted to the petitioners to surrender and furnish bail-bond before the court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67946 of 2023(2) dt.06-10-2023 2/2 below, subject to deposit of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) each to the concerned District Legal Services Authority and to furnish its receipt with the bail-bond.

4. Accordingly, order dated 20.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31912 of 2023 is modified to the above extent and modification petition is allowed.
