Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 406 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under sections 406.420 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The present complaint petition has been filed after delay of seven days without there being any explanation. Moreover, the dispute involved between the parties is purely civil in nature for which no criminal prosecution is warranted. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.

No.75868 of 2018(2) dt.20-12-2018 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in connection with Complaint Case No. 406 of 2015, Trial No. 859 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
