The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that Rajesh Mistri and Praveen Sao came at the house of the informant and took her son Arvind Sao to see a programme but her son did not return. The dead body of the son of the informant was recovered from the paddy field of one Harimohan Sharma. During the course of investigation it transpired that the deceased had love affairs with one Sweta Kumari and the family members of Sweta Kumari might have killed Arvind Sao. The name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of Ganesh Yadav and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30284 of 2015 (2) dt.12-08-2015 Naresh Yadav. Similarly situated co-accused Ganesh Yadav, Naresh Yadav and Dharmesh Yadav have already been enlarged on bail by order dated 23.07.2015 vide Criminal Misc. Nos. 8623 of 2015 and 12180 of 2015 Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner above named be directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Pauthu P.S. Case No. 47 of 2014.
