Admittedly, petitioner Nos. 1 & 2 are parents-in-law whereas; the petitioner No. 3 is son-in-law of petitioner Nos. 1 & 2 and a general allegation of torturing as well as demand of dowry has been levelled against the aforesaid petitioners. No doubt, the deceased died within seven years of her marriage in mysterious circumstance but taking note of the above-said facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in
