2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420/386/120B and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Informant deposited Rs. 21,500/- in the company run by these petitioners but they did not return the same to the informant.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that after knowing full facts, money of the informant has already been returned to the account of aggrieved persons including the informant. To this effect, informant gave information to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64313 of 2023(2) dt.16-10-2023 2/2 Police Station, Ahiyapur that he has received his amount and now he has no grievance against the company of these petitioners (annexure 2). Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of all the petitioners is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let these petitioners, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in Ahiyapur Police Station Case No. 607/2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
