The accusation is that eight persons named in the F.I.R., including the petitioners along with 20 to 25 persons blocked the road for not distributing the money among the beneficiaries by the officials. When the administration and police officials reached there, they started to open firing and pelting bricks and stones, in which officer-in-charge Mundrika Sharma and others sustained injuries.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners, who are ladies, have been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. Moreover, no overt act has been alleged against the petitioners, nor they have been arrested on spot. It is also submitted that petitioners have no

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order, the above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 3rd Addl. Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 425 of 2010 and S. Tr. No. 433 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr. P.C.
