Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 39 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case at the instance of his enemies. Nothing specific is alleged against this petitioner. Moreover, similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by different co-ordinate Benches this Court vide orders dated 05.07.2018 and 01.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 37943 of 2018 and 59551 of 2018, as contained in Annexure- 2 and 3 respectively.
