The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 157 of 2021 for the offence registered under Sections 379, 341, 323, 504, 506, 308/34, 325 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the FIR, the accused persons including the petitioner herein came and assaulted causing injury to the informant's side. Further allegation is of snatching of gold-chain as also Rs. 5,000/-. Accordingly, the FIR was lodged. Taking into account the fact that the allegation is omnibus in nature, the petitioner is an aged lady, she do not have criminal antecedent and will ultimately have to face the Trial, this Court is inclined to grant her privilege of anticipatory

Let the petitioner in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Gaya in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 157 of 2021 subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
