The present application has been filed second time by the petitioner praying for pre arrest bail. Earlier also this petitioner had approached this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 24000 of 2014 and vide order dated 19.09.2014 it has been noted as follows :- " After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seek permission to withdraw this application with respect to petitioner no. 2 with a liberty to surrender before the Court below within a fortnight for a prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merits"
