The petitioner, claiming to be a recognized and registered non-governmental organization, has established regional training centre/Utpreran Kendra for inspiring the rural illiterate children between the age group of 11 to 14 years to take up education as, for providing such special training, the State had decided to establish such centres for which the petitioner was given contract. The petitioner claims that it had worked and about rupees seven lacs were paid but it claims that even for its work done

Patna High Court CWJC No.352 of 2014 dt.02-02-2015 2 / 2 an amount of Rs.2,028,80/- is still due and has not been paid even though the petitioner has given a representation to the District Programme Officer, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, Madhubani as contained in Annexures 4 and 5 and utilization certificate for that has already been deposited which is also appended as part of Annexure 3. In above view of the matter, this writ application is being disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.4 to take a decision with regard to the representation of the petitioner on its own merit and in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order by the petitioner. If some amount is found to be admissible to the petitioner then that should be paid to it within a further period of two months. (Dr. Ravi Ranjan, J) Sanjay-II/- U
