Having regard to the fact that this modification application has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time for surrendering, in terms of the order dated 30.04.2015 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 47028 of 2014, this Court for the reasons mentioned in the application, would extend such time of surrendering of the petitioner by further period of four weeks. Thus if the petitioner surrenders in the aforementioned period of four weeks, the direction given by this Court in its order 30.04.2015 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 47028 of 2014, shall be
