The regular bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this court vide order dated 07.01.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29775/2014 with a direction that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after remaining one year in custody. It is submitted that the petitioner is in jail since 05.06.2014. He has already remained in jail for 13 months. Learned counsel for the informant, however, opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner got criminal antecedent and he is accused in one another case which appears from para 3 of the bail petition.
