The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

There is case & counter case and both sides sustained injury. The crux of the matter is that this petitioner deals in business of milk and there was dispute over non-payment of arrears of amount with the son of informant, as a result of which, on a scuffle, a free-fight took place between the parties, in which, son of informant and one other person as well as sister of petitioner sustained fire-arm injuries. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and he is in custody since 24.07.2021. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Judge V cum ACJM, Begusarai in connection with Nimachandpura P.S. Case No. 68 of 2021.
