====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-12-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State.

Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 766 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 341, 323, 386, 379 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submit that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71559 of 2018(2) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 due to land dispute between the parties. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners and the allegation is general and omnibus in nature. Moreover, the injuries sustained have been found to be simple in nature. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 766 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
