The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Shakurabad P.S. Case No.111 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354, 325, 308, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that when she went to complain that Dhiraj Kumar misbehaved with her daughter, all the accused persons assaulted the informant, her sister and mother. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no occurrence as alleged by the informant has ever taken place. In fact, both sides entered into scuffle. The injury found on the sister and mother of the informant are simple in nature. The informant was not examined by any doctor and she did not

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Shakurabad P.S. Case No.111 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
