2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 434 of 2023 arising out of Chakai P.S. Case No. 286 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 399, 402, 414 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code under Sections 25(1b)a, 26 and 27 of the Arms Act.

4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with the other persons have conspired to commit dacoity.

5. The petitioner is accused in 12 criminal cases.

6. In view of the facts, as mentioned above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at present.

7. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.

8. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial.
