ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 19-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the State as well as the learned counsel for the informant.
The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Nalanda P.S. Case No.46 of 2015 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 341, 342, 323, 307, 354B and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code, which is pending in the court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a farfetched allegation has been made against these petitioners.

No.32701 of 2015 (2) dt.19-08-2015 2/2 Learned counsel for the informant, however, submits that the injuries, which were inflicted upon the informant, have been found to be true as even after assaulting the informant several times, the petitioners had thrown the informant on the floor and pressed leg on his neck. The said injury has also been found on the person of the informant.
Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioners and also that they had clear intention of doing away with the life of the informant, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. It is, accordingly, rejected. (Anjana Mishra, J) PNM U T
