2. The petitioner is in custody since 20.01.2016 in connection with Salaiya P.S.Case No. 1 of 2016 for the alleged offences under Section 386 of the of the Indian Penal Code and Section 24(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated merely because he happens to be the brother of one Ram Pravesh Yadav, said to be a criminal. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27286 of 2016 (3) dt.12-07-2016 well as the fact that a country made loaded pistol along with two live cartridges have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
