The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Three country made pistols, six magazines and eight live cartridges were recovered from possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 16.10.2014 i.e. for more than ten months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner above named be directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chapra in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case no. 304 of 2014, G.R. No. 5113 of 2014.
