The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.69 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering that the specific allegation of sexually exploiting the informant is against one Divyank Priyadarshi, who is son of the petitioner no. 1 and nephew of the petitioner no. 2, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below, they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial
