The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 65 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

5.250 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from room of the Guard of Apartment on whose confession petitioner has been made accused in this case.

It is submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of this petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72462 of 2021(3) dt.13-07-2022 2/2 named in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court of Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 65 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
