ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 13-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are in custody since 27.07.2019 in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No.337 of 2019, Special Case No.6687/19, registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the alleged recoveries of 30 litres of country made Mahuwa were made from the e-rickshaw in which the petitioners were travelling and not from their conscious possession.
